The “Jerusalem Eyes” project is a youth initiative that aims to enhance the awareness of Jerusalemite youth (age 15-25) about the homeland’s history, by organizing field trips to displaced villages. During these tours, participants learn about the landmarks, history, and stories of displaced villages, and document their visits through photography and preparing newspaper stories. The project concludes with open days in which materials collected by young people are displayed, with the aim of disseminating knowledge and strengthening their connection to their history and national heritage.
Tours around several abandoned towns and villages in Jerusalem, from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque to the village of Nabi Samwil.
Scenes from open days and student performances which were special moments allowing them to showcase their work.
